Informace o pozici:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Purchaser - Transport, Warehousing, and Energy to join our procurement team. This role is crucial in developing and implementing strategies to source, negotiate, and manage suppliers in these categories. You will work closely with internal teams to optimize costs, ensure quality, and support Saint-Gobain’s sustainability goals.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in procurement, ideally with a focus on transport, warehousing, and energy sourcing.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing supplier contracts for complex categories.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools.
• Communicative English, Czech

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CIPS) are advantageous.
