The Supply Chain Coordinator works closely with the Finance, Sales, Supply Chain Teams and other colleagues to ensure smooth trade stocks and the optimal use of resources. Their role is to staple fiber capacity & order management processes effectively, the preparation of specific Supply Chain reporting. Your key responsibilities:

• Staple fiber capacity & order management

• Management of specific stock categories (NM, B-choice, slow-moving, trade stock, etc.)

• Management of trade stock (MX production, CZ storage)

• Support of VTX SP IBP (Sales & Production Integrated Business Planning) especially concerning Adfors Europe non CZ

• Support of key improvements projects such as MTO (Make-to-Order) / MTS (Make-to-Stock)

• Preparation of specific upstream Supply Chain reporting (daily report, trade stock, forecast accuracy)

• Qualification of new products and customer support

• Price /business control, review of financial impacts, financial

  support of sales
• Close collaboration with Finance, Sales and Supply Chain Teams

Your skills & competencies:

• Customer-oriented mindset with strong focus on Sales and Customer Service interactions
• Strong communication skills with fluent spoken English
• Ability to assess and support financial impact
• Data analysis skills with advanced Excel knowledge
• Experience with MicroStrategy, Power BI, IBP and AI tools
